FAQ

How does on-demand billing work?
Credits are consumed per action. A typical generation uses around 10 credits; a high-quality image uses 1–3 credits; running a full workflow with retopology, UVs, and PBR uses 15–25 credits. Your plan refills credits on the first of each month. If you exceed your monthly allocation, additional credits are billed at €0.01 each on Pro and Studio. We notify you when you hit 80% of your monthly allocation.
Do unused credits roll over?
Pro and Studio: credits do not roll over month to month. Enterprise: rollover is fully customizable as part of your contract.
Can I add more users without upgrading tiers?
Yes. All plans support unlimited users. Atlas is priced by credits and capabilities, not by seats, so adding a teammate or an external collaborator does not change your bill. It simply lets users access, collaborate on, and share content within your workspace.
What can I do with Memory Core?Coming soon
Memory Core is your studio's shared workspace for style guides, references, and tech specs. Pro includes the shared workspace. Studio adds Art Director controls with approval loops. Enterprise extends this to organization-wide Memory Core and project folders.
Which AI models can I use?
All 100+ AI models are available on every paid tier. Each model is vetted for commercial viability of outputs and IP protection of inputs before being added to the platform. In addition, our team of AI engineers and technical artists curates models to ensure only the latest and best models are featured. We do not gate models behind tiers. The differences between tiers are credits, integrations, controls, and security features.
Who owns the output?
You do. Assets generated on Atlas are yours under a commercial license by default. Uploaded references and concept art stay private to your workspace and are never used to train any model.
Do I need to use the API?
No. The visual pipeline editor works standalone in any browser. API access (available on Studio and Enterprise) is for studios that want to invoke Atlas workflows from inside Unreal, Unity, Blender, or a custom backend.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep access to the credits and features you have already paid for.
How do I procure through GCP Marketplace?
Atlas is listed on Google Cloud Marketplace. If your organization has an existing GCP commit or enterprise agreement, you can apply that to your spend on Atlas. Procurement uses your existing GCP contract terms, billing appears on your standard GCP invoice, and no separate vendor onboarding is required. Pro and Studio are also available via Google Cloud Marketplace on request.
Is there a personal plan?
A personal plan at 20 € / month is on the roadmap for solo creators. Studios evaluating Atlas can request a 14-day evaluation through the Sign Up link in the navigation.
